Borrowed dog.

The neighbors have gone to Disneyland, and we are in charge of their beagle puppy until Tuesday. By then we will either have a dog of our own, or we will have figured out why we're not getting one.

    note of caution...puppies do not stay puppies forever and are more work than a newborn! i speak from experience...my puppy is almost 3 and is a big ole pile of slobber! but we love her.

    You're doomed! We've got cats and a fish so I've been off the hook for a dog. And I just blogged about mason bees joining our ranks. But my 4-yr-old really wants a snake. Her friend got one when she turned 5. That means I've got at least a month - when mine reaches 5.
